Housing

Lack of affordable housing across all income levels in The County remains a key issue and reflects the ongoing nationwide shortage. The Partnership seeks to support initiatives that facilitate housing development and serves as a convener by bringing together key stakeholders and collaborators. Our 2024 Housing Summit in Presque Isle convened over 100 individuals with representation from developers, tradespeople, area businesses, financial institutions, and municipalities with the goal of connecting local and regional businesses who are working to address the housing shortage.
